What this is
You joined the gym out of hope. You've tried the weekend runs and the YouTube workouts. They didn't fail because you're lazy. They failed because nothing was built for you, nothing told you what you needed to do, and nothing showed you that you were getting somewhere.
Prokope is not another program with a finish line. It's a practice. A twelve-week cycle of strength, conditioning and interval work, set to your current level by a simple grading, repeated quarter after quarter.
You don't finish it. You return to it. That's the whole idea.
How it works
Headphones on. The session is cued by audio — you're told what to do, how many to do, and how long you've got to do it, while a timer runs. No reading screens mid-set. No deciding what's next. You move through it like you know what you're doing, because you do.
The work is hard enough, for where you're at. It is the basics done well. No hype. No leaderboards. Just you and the work.
Works at any gym. No special equipment. No hardware to buy.
The Foundation
The way in is free, and it stays free.
The Foundation is a four-week introduction to the practice — guided sessions and the first principles behind them. It ends with your first grading, which sets the level for everything after. It's genuinely useful on its own. If you never pay a cent, it was still worth your time.
Be first into The Foundation when it opens.
